The Lady Wolverines have been eliminated from WPIAL Championship contention; however, a chance to make the PIAA State Playoffs is still up for grabs as the WPIAL sends three teams to states. With that being said, up next for the Lay Wolverines is a game against the South Park Eagles (14-5) next Tuesday (May 28th) at 6 PM where the Wolverines will battle the Eagles for that third spot for state playoffs. The game will be played at Peters Township HS.
